• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds or cancellations will only be processed after verification of the defective product.

• Only the product price will be refunded; delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–7 business days] after the returned product is received and verified.

• Products returned without sending the defect image first.

• Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
